1. Event Registration

By booking a guestlist spot, table, or ticket through pgindia, you agree to abide by all event-specific terms listed at the time of registration.

• Guestlist entries are first-come, first-served.
• Free registration does not guarantee entry — venue rules apply.
• Entry may be denied if registration details are incomplete or inaccurate.

2. Age & Entry Policy

• All listed events are strictly 21+ unless otherwise stated.
• A valid government-issued ID is required for venue access.
• Entry is subject to venue discretion and management reserves the right to deny entry.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All ticket/table bookings are non-refundable unless an event is canceled.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
•  Table bookings may require minimum spend based on the venue.

4. Code of Conduct

• Attendees must follow club rules, dress codes, and behave respectfully.
• Illegal activity, harassment, or misconduct will result in removal and potential blacklisting from future events.

5. Photography & Media

By attending an event, you consent to being filmed or photographed. Media may be used for promotional purposes across pgindia platforms.
